Open Question: pimples in pubic area? should i be worried?

Sometimes I accidentally got my pubic hair and little impact in the region and acne, eliminate my balls, my thighs grinding. I know that they may be from the friction, but for those in my pubic hair? Does anyone know a good way to get rid of them, I should be worried?
