Open Question: Desperate, need help? Pimples? Please help?

I like these, papules, but they did not red or anything. They not only they, and their cloth ratio and viscosity outty. o.0 I really hate them. I have the pimple cream and all that, but it does not seem to work. I even like toothpaste. 1. What are these things 2. What can I do to get rid of them?
