Open Question: Why are my pimples so hard to get rid of?

Okay. I was 11 … I like Wu 2 .. in my forehead to cover up my acne has hair. There is no white on top of things, but it hurt me just press it. How do I get rid of a pimple? I absolutely believe this is a pimple. Please help! : Ø
